WOODINGTON

FAQs

ALL THE DETAILS

First time here or just want the details? Here’s everything you need to know before you roll in.

+ Do I need to be a member to play?

Nope. Woodington is open to the public. Just book a tee time and you’re good to go.

+ How long does a round take?

A full 18 typically takes around 4 to 4.5 hours, but we also welcome players who only have time to hit a bucket of balls.

+ What should I wear?

Come as you are. T-shirts, athletic wear, hoodies, and comfortable shoes are all welcome. If you can swing a club and feel good in it, you’re dressed right. We just ask that apparel be clean, tasteful, and respectful.

+ Can I walk the course or are carts required?

Carts are included in the fee, but walking is available if preferred. Pricing remains the same.

+ Are carts included in the rate?

Yes. Power carts are included with all rounds.

+ Can we bring our own food or drinks?

We offer a full menu of food and drinks on site, making it easy to grab everything you need while you are here. Light personal snacks are fine, but outside alcohol is not permitted.

+ What happens if it rains?

We do our best to keep play moving safely. Rain check policies apply depending on course conditions and how much of your round was completed.

+ How early should we arrive?

We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before your tee time to check in, warm up, and settle in before heading to the first tee. You are also welcome to arrive earlier to enjoy a bite to eat or spend time on the driving range.

+ Is Woodington beginner friendly?

Absolutely. With two different courses and multiple tee options, Woodington is great for mixed skill levels and groups with newer golfers.

+ Do you have food and drinks available after the round?

Yes. You don’t have to golf to enjoy the restaurant or patio. Come by and hang out.

+ Can we host a group or tournament here?

Yes. We specialize in group outings, corporate events, and tournaments. Visit our Tournaments or Events pages to get started.

+ Do you offer lessons?

Lessons may be available seasonally. Check back soon for updates or ask in the golf shop.
